Two years ago, our little village house became rehab center “Salvation.”
Last week, we were able to go as a family and stay for several days because there’s only two guys there right now–the other two are in the hospital, others graduated or left. Who knows when more will come, but for now we’re not looking for new ones because we’re doing a children’s camp here this week.
In that picutre above is Igor with our kids. He is about to graduate and stay on as a leader. He is digging a new septic hole. The kids are “helping” him for a bit. It was nice for home school because we’re reading about the excavations of pyramids and tombs in Egypt and how archaeology is a way we learn about history.
The kids love being here. Skyla’s favorite is the goats.
we’re hatching quail for eggs and meat.
I’ll post more later
