I’ve had these two pots ever since i came to Ukraine, I think.
The last few months, I started wanting new pots. I was doing a lot of cooking, too, reading cookbooks, so I was thinking about this more and more. I tried a couple times to look around, maybe buy something, but nothing really worked out.
But today I did my big once-a-month shopping at Ashan (like Wal-mart, for Americans). And I looked at pans. And I bought some.
I never knew making blini (crepes) could be so easy!

I bought a 10-liter pot for making lots of borshch and soups, which are very popular here
